    I reluctantly got on the Warp Speed Fat loss program and was really coaxed into it by a friend at work. Best thing I ever did! I have only been doing it for 5 weeks and have already lost 17 pounds!!! What I love most about it is that you get a huge variety of meal plans and the exercise program fits into my busy mom lifestyle. I only get about 3 hours a week in which to exercise. I have found that with the program, I can split this up into six half hour sessions instead and the results are fantastic. This program has already changed my life and the way I feel about myself. Thumbs Up!
